⚠️ Important: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to Delete Your Account
You can request the deletion of your account and associated data using either of the following methods:
Method 1: Inside the App (Fastest)
- Open the Vikartr Cloud app on your device.
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the Profile or Settings menu.
- Tap on Account.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice when prompted.
Method 2: Via Email (If you cannot access the app)
If you are unable to log in, please send an email from the address associated with your account to:

Subject Line: Account Deletion Request - Vikartr Cloud
Please include your username or registered email address in the body of the email. We will process your request within 7 business days.
What Data is Deleted?
When you delete your account, we permanently remove the following data from our active servers:
- Your profile information (Name, Email, Phone number).
- Your user preferences and settings.
- Your usage history and activity logs.
- Any user-generated content (e.g., photos, posts).
What Data is Kept (Retention Policy)?
Please note that we may retain certain data for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Transaction Records: We retain purchase history for 5 years to comply with tax and accounting laws.
- Fraud Prevention: We may retain basic device identifiers for 6 months to prevent abuse and fraud.
- Backups: Residual copies may remain in our secure backup systems for up to 30 days before being overwritten.
